Urchin Analytics: Site License Model Sales & Support

Urchin from GoogleThe Urchin site license model (SLM) is used by hosting companies to offer Urchin at an attractive price. The cost is $5,000 per month per physical datacenter, which can be a significant cost reduction from the old SLM pricing where it was $5,000 per server.

Included in the Urchin site license model is 10 hours of support per month from eComIQ at no additional charge.

Site License Model Support Plan Details:

  • 10 hours of support per month, per datacenter
  • Telephone & e-mail support
  • An online support ticketing system for tracking tickets, status and hours consumed


Support Hours:

  • Telephone Hours: 8 AM - 8 PM EST, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays
  • E-mail Hours: 24/7/365
  • Response Time: 4 hours during normal business hours and 12 hours after hours, weekends and holidays


For organizations requiring 24/7/365 support, eComIQ offers the Enterprise 24/7/365 SLM Support Plan:

  • 1 Hour response time for Severity 1 issues
  • 4 Hours response time for Severity 2 issues during normal working hours and 12 hours after hours, weekends and holidays
  • Available 24/7/365 (all days and hours--including holidays)
  • Cost is $1,000 per month for the 1st datacenter, then $500 per month per additional datacenter.


Severity 1 = Website down or web pages not fully loading.
Severity 2 = All other issues, including Urchin reporting down and general questions.
